High rain chances over the weekend as abundant Gulf moisture will combine with a disturbance aloft to produce widespread showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. An upper level high will build in next allowing rain chance to become more typical with scattered afternoon showers and thunderstorms. Temperatures will be hot and humid during the daytime and muggy at night.
